* I was surprised at two things here...1) I weighed 270lbs - although I feel leaner 2) I was able to do a chin with 30lbs strapped on - been awhile since that has happened.

* Now that is some volume...I remember that 120lb set being a bear...I had just read a 1 lift per day Dan John article I think...
