Training Log: 9/29/11 - Prowler Love...not

Conditioning
Prowler x 10 x hi/low x 20 yards
Big ball inchworms 3 x 10
Mb side twist pass 3 x 5 each side x 20lbs

* this sucked as usual...it's the prowler after all. FYI...also the first post from the new iPad...booyah!!!
