* I haven't done a power clean that heavy in years...it was slow, ugly, and almost sprained my wrist...good times. My technique on pressing snatch balance was rough as well after a three year layoff...slowly getting more in synch on this but slow is the key word...

* totally random lift choices here...not sure I got much out of this one really...
